Payment Terms
Company cheques, international letter of credit (for overseas purchases), electronic transfers, all major credit cards, cash and net 30 days terms (upon approval).

Shipping
For products in stock, expect between a 24 to 48 hour turn around. We ship all products via our selected carrier unless stated by customer.
Returns
Products may be returned for exchange only within the applicable warranty time. This excludes custom orders. Returns must be received by JCS within 30 days of invoice date. Before sending products back to us, you must obtain a RA number. Make sure returns are accompanied by the RA number. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 7 days from receipt date. Acceptance of return is based on the discretion of JCS.

10 years on fibre cables and components.
